Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version chd-2026-10-17 · Effective Oct 17, 2026 · Last updated Oct 9, 2026

This policy explains how Deepdive AI Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Tuvoz AI (“Tuvoz”) collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), Nevada’s SB 370, and Connecticut’s data privacy law. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to users of Tuvoz and to people Tuvoz calls.

Tuvoz is not a health care provider and doesn’t offer health services. Health information reaches us only because people use Tuvoz to make everyday calls, such as booking a doctor’s appointment or checking whether a pharmacy has a prescription ready.

1. Consumer health data we may collect

  • In briefs and instructions you or your agent send: for example the kind of appointment you want, a symptom you mention, the name of a clinic or a medication.
  • In call transcripts, after the person on the call agrees to recording: anything said about appointments, conditions, treatments or prescriptions.
  • From the number called: that the destination is a hospital, clinic, dentist, pharmacy, lab or similar provider (from public business listings).
  • Inferences we make to keep such calls out of training: a “health” label on the call, set from the destination type or from reading the call’s outcome.

We do not collect biometric data: we don’t keep call audio, and we don’t create voiceprints or any other identifier from anyone’s voice. We don’t collect precise location, and we don’t use geofencing.

2. Why we collect and use it

  • To provide the service you asked for: placing the call, letting the voice agent understand and act on the conversation, passing questions and answers between the call and your agent, and showing you the result. This is necessary to provide the call you requested.
  • To keep calls safe: applying approvals to calls to hospitals, enforcing our policies and investigating abuse.
  • To train AI, only with your separate consent: calls labelled as health-related are excluded from training records unless you turn on Sensitive calls in Settings. That setting is off by default, never pre-selected, separate from our other terms, and you can turn it off at any time for new calls.

3. Who receives it

  • Our service providers, under contract and only to provide the service: Google (the Gemini voice model), Twilio (the phone call), Supabase (database), Fly.io (servers), and Sentry (error reports, with transcripts removed).
  • Your agent and its provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Meta), when your agent reads the outcome or transcript of your call.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share or license it to other AI companies, even with names and numbers removed, including when you turn on Sensitive calls; with that setting on, health-related calls may be used only to train and improve Tuvoz’s own AI.

4. How long we keep it

What people we call say is deleted 30 days after the call. Briefs and the voice agent’s own words are kept as described in the Privacy Policy. Health-related training records exist only if you turned on Sensitive calls, and are deleted when you delete your account or ask us to delete them.

5. Your rights

If you’re a Washington, Nevada or Connecticut consumer (or anywhere else, since we apply these rights to everyone), you can:

  • confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a list of the third parties and affiliates we share it with;
  • access your consumer health data;
  • withdraw consent, for example by turning off Sensitive calls;
  • delete your consumer health data, including from our service providers’ copies (except our voice provider’s short-term abuse-monitoring copies, which it deletes on its own schedule, within 55 days).

To make a request, email privacy@tuvoz.io. If you’re a user, write from your account email; if Tuvoz called you, include the number called and the date, and we’ll confirm by calling that number. We answer within 45 days. If we decline, reply to appeal; if the appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general (in Washington, at atg.wa.gov).
